In Indian culture, massage of the body with medicated oils was a routine and it was known as a part of Dincharya.
The whole body is massaged gently in a synchronized manner. Massage is performed under the strict supervision of Ayurvedic physicians. It is administered in seven classically explained positions to cover every part of the body hence extending maximum benefit.
